For schools and districts

One September. One list. One invoice.

RodriMath keeps the part the office does small: a review in an afternoon, a PIN per child, one upload a year.

  2. One pasted listEvery teacher invited and on their class before its first child arrives.
  3. One code on the boardA child who types it is on the register. The youngest are added by name.
  4. One invoiceEvery child covered for the year, including the ones who arrive in March.

You have done this before

Every new tool brings the office the same four jobs.

What each one comes to here.

  • Another privacy review

    A review in an afternoon.

What is held, who receives it and when it goes, on one page. Your administrator signs on screen.

  • Another login for every child

    A username and a PIN.

No email, no date of birth. The class code goes on the board; the youngest are added by name.

  • Another September of setting up

    One spreadsheet and one list.

Every class and child from one upload, dry run first. Every teacher from one pasted list.

  • Another bill that counts seats

    One invoice.

Per child, per year, on a published ladder. Teachers never counted. Purchase order, net 30.

What a district gets

Everyone gets the whole product. You get the office around it.

A contract adds what an institution needs and a child has no use for.

For every child

Placed by what they can do, taught the piece underneath a struggle, and called mastered only when it holds weeks later. No timed lessons, no daily streak, no leaderboard.

For every teacher

Who needs them this morning and why, the lesson for it, and small groups formed by shared cause.

For the office

Every school, register and adult on one screen. Reports that measure learning, not minutes, and a log nobody can edit.

For families

The teacher’s record in plain words, with one thing that helps at home. A child the school pays for need not be on their family’s plan.

Four alerts on a teacher's dashboard: 2 students need you directly, 4 students have reviews more than a week overdue, 4 students have not finished work you set, 3 students have mastered five or more skills. Each names the children and offers the lesson and a worksheet.
A teacher’s morning: the names, the cause, the lesson. Demo class.

Rollout

Five steps, and the last one is a code on the board.

From a signed agreement to a child signing in. A district repeats step four per school.

  1. Ask for an administrator account

A short form. A person reads every request, because this account reaches every child’s record.

  2. Authorise RodriMath

Your administrator signs the School and District Terms on screen, or hands them to whoever approves online services.

  3. Invite your teachers

Paste a list of addresses. Everyone on it is invited, approved and on their class.

  4. Upload a school

One spreadsheet sets up its classes and children, dry run first. The same upload every September.

  5. The code on the board

A child who types it is on the register at once. A kindergartner who cannot type is added by name.

The school year

Access follows your calendar, and the year turns by itself.

Your district sets the two dates its year runs between.

  • In summer: a child is told so, plainly, unless their family carries them through.
  • On day one: the code on the board puts a child on the new register, and their year group moves with the class.

Access follows your calendar

SummerClosed for school accounts. Nothing is deleted.
September againLast year’s classes stay open until each child is placed in this year’s.
A child on a school contract is let in on the days of the school year. A child on a family plan keeps going through the summer.

Privacy, security and sign-off

Two people will ask you about this. Hand them these.

  • The school owns the records; RodriMath acts as a school official under FERPA.
  • A child’s record holds no contact details, and has nowhere to put one.
  • Every administrative action lands in a log nobody can edit.
  • Nothing is sold, and no model is trained on it.

For your principal

What it costs

One published ladder. Find your rung.

A school of 470, the US average, pays $7,990 a year.

  • Every child covered for the year, including those who arrive in March.
  • Teachers and administrators never counted.
  • Minimum contract $900.

What can change the price

  • A pilot. Free for one term, up to three classes, with the full price stated up front.
  • Three-year term. List price locked for three years, no escalator.
  • Title I school above 75% poverty. Up to 25% off. A published rule, not a negotiation.
  • Founding school. 50% off year one, list locked three years. The first 25 organizations only. A real cap of 25, not a countdown.

Before you decide

Six questions districts ask first.

Do we need to sign a data privacy agreement first?

Your administrator signs the School and District Terms on screen, or passes them to whoever approves online services. If your own agreement governs, we sign yours. The security programme and the incident procedure come with the first reply.

Can teachers start before the contract?

Yes. One class each is free, with no card and no end date, and a pilot is free for one term. Nothing a child learns or earns is lost when the contract starts.

How do children sign in?

With a username and a PIN, nothing else. On day one the class code goes on the board; the youngest are added by name.

Is there single sign-on or roster sync?

Not yet, deliberately. Classes and children come from one spreadsheet each September, teachers from one pasted list. Every integration discloses children’s data to a third party, so we add one when a district asks.

What happens over the summer?

Access follows your calendar, and nothing is deleted. Last year’s classes stay open until each child is placed; a child whose family pays keeps going.

What does it cost, exactly?

Per child, per year, on the ladder above: adults uncounted, no mid-year true-up. A three-year term locks the rate. Every figure is on the pricing page.
