Families

Everything a child can do. Never more than three children to pay for.

Two adults, any number of children, every lesson, world, game and reward. $217 a year at most.

30 days free, and we do not ask for a card

The diagnosis needs a fortnight of real work before it is worth paying for.

If their school buys RodriMath, your bill can go down

A child on a paying school’s roster is covered, so they need not be on your plan. Your Billing page shows it, and your bill changes only when you say so.

Schools, districts, co-ops and microschools

Tell us how many children. Everyone is covered, all year.

One ladder from a pod to a district, priced from your K–5 enrolment. No seats counted.

Everyone, including who arrives later

Every child at the organization, for the whole year — including children who arrive mid-year. The band is set from enrolment at signing; there is no upward true-up, ever.

Every adult, uncounted

Every teacher and every administrator. Adults are never counted.

Down at renewal, never up mid-year

If enrolment has fallen a band by renewal, the renewal falls with it.

A child already learning is never touched

A child already learning keeps learning whatever the contract says. A lapsed contract stops adults enrolling new children; it never reaches a child.

Per child, per year
Children on the contractPer child
1 – 149$28
150 – 399$22
400 – 999$17
1,000 – 2,499$14
2,500 – 9,999$11.50
10,000 – 49,999$9.50
50,000 +$8

Minimum contract $900. Above 2,500 children the ladder is where the conversation starts and we prepare a quote.

What that comes to
WhoChildrenA yearPer child
A microschool, median size20$900$45
A small rural school60$1,680$28
A small elementary250$5,500$22
The average US elementary470$7,990$17
A large elementary600$10,200$17
A two-school district1,000$14,000$14
A small district2,500$28,750$11.50

If buying more would cost you less, you pay the less: a school with 399 children pays the 400-child price of $6,800, not 399 × $22.

On price, in writing

We discount the term. We never discount the rate.

Every concession there is, written down, so nobody has to ask and nobody pays more for signing first.

  • Three-year term. List price locked for three years, no escalator.
  • Multi-year prepayment. 8% off year one.
  • Founding school. 50% off year one, list locked three years. The first 25 organizations only.
  • Title I school above 75% poverty. Up to 25% off. A published rule, not a negotiation.
  • A pilot. Free for one term, up to three classes, with the full price stated up front.
  • The per-child rate. Never. If anybody quotes you a different rate, it is not ours.

Questions people ask before they decide

Honest answers, including the ones that cost us.

Why per child, and not one price for the family?

Because a second child costs us little, and a flat price would make one-child families pay for larger ones. The second child is 40% less, the third the same, and from the fourth on a child is free. Two adult accounts are always included.

My child's school already uses RodriMath. Do I pay too?

No. The moment the school’s contract starts, that child is covered and need not be on your plan: your Billing page shows it, and your bill changes only when you say so. If the school later stops, we offer you the household price and never charge it without asking.

No account yet? Don’t create a second child: ask their teacher for the class code, or write to us and we will link you to the record the teacher sees.

How do I cancel, and what happens when I do?
  • One press on your Billing page (a teacher’s tutor plan: their Plan page). No call, no form, nobody to talk you out of it.
  • Changed your mind? Keep the plan, in one press, up to the last paid day.
  • The next charge does not happen, and the account pauses when the paid period ends. Nothing is deleted: every world, reward and record is there when you return.
  • A paid year is refundable in full in the first 30 days, no reason asked. Write to us.
Does it renew on its own?

Yes: yearly each year, monthly each month, on the same card, for the seats your plan covers. The exact amount, the date and the button that stops it are always on your Billing page. We never raise the price of a plan you are on without telling you first and giving you the chance to stop.

Can I start monthly and move to yearly later?

Yes, in one press on your Billing page. We charge the year that day, less the days of the month already paid, and show you the exact figure first; the next charge falls a year later.

Yearly to monthly is a note to us, not a button: part-way through, it would leave most of a year as credit rather than money in your bank.

Is there anything to buy inside the app?

No, and there never will be: no cosmetics, boosts, pet packs or premium worlds. Selling a reward would turn it into something another child is missing. The rule is written into the product and tested on every change.

What does "nothing here reaches a child" actually mean?
  • A child’s screen never carries a price, an amount, a plan, a renewal date or a countdown, in any state.
  • If a household membership is unpaid, the child sees one plain line asking them to fetch a grown-up: no figure, no date, no blame, and a promise that nothing is lost. Nothing is deleted, and it is all back once the membership is.
  • A lapsed school or district contract stops adults enrolling new children and opening classes. It never stops a child already learning.
  • Two tests fail our build: one if any child-facing code imports the module that knows prices, one if a figure appears on the paused screen.
A school's enrolment changes all year. What do we pay?

The band is set from your enrolment when you sign; then it is a licence, not a meter, covering every child for the year, March arrivals included. We never true up mid-year. If enrolment has fallen a band by renewal, the renewal falls with it.

Are teachers and administrators counted?

Never. A school of 470 children with 22 teachers pays for 470 children. Add ten teachers and the price does not move.

Can we pay by purchase order?

That is how it works: a quote for a board agenda, your PO, and our invoice at net 30, paid by check or ACH, or by card on our payment processor’s page. The School and District Terms, the security programme and the incident procedure come with the first reply.

Do prices go up?

A one-year contract carries a 4% annual increase, written in; a three-year term waives it and locks the rate. For families, the price you signed up at holds for what you paid for. Any change comes with ninety days’ notice, never mid-term.

We use an education savings account. Can we pay with it?

The yearly plan comes with a receipt you can submit to your program, and whether it pays is the program’s decision. Write to us about yours and a person will answer.

What is not included?

The administrator surface, a whole school from one spreadsheet, a signed data privacy agreement, school-wide reporting and a named contact come with an organization contract only. Every lesson, world, game and reward is in every tier, the free one included.

True on every plan

Four things that do not change with what you pay.

Everything a child sees

Every lesson, world, game and reward, in the free tier and the district contract alike.

No advertising, no tracking

Nowhere in the product, to anyone. No third party is told which child read which page.

No contact details for any child

A first name, a username and a PIN. No email, no date of birth, no location, and nowhere to put one.

A child already learning is never stopped

Not by a late invoice, not by a cancelled contract, not by anything on this page.
